The OCC's Clubhouse is situated on the club's property so you will enjoy a multitude of beautiful golf course views including an abundance of sculptured fairways, ponds, award-winning landscapes, wildlife and the natural environment. This is an ideal setting for private events and banquets.
The Oshkosh Country Club has the benefit of an experienced culinary team. The Executive Chef has created a menu to please all palates. Our menus range from breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, and boxed or plated entrée lunches to hors d'oeuvre receptions or plated entrée dinners. We can accommodate smaller gatherings of 20-60 in our north dining room, to larger parties up to 250 that require full use of the clubhouse.

Catering Policies
Menus - Menu selections and other details pertinent to your functions should be submitted to OCC at least three weeks prior to the function date. OCC will assist you in selecting the proper menu items and arrangements to ensure a successful event. Some events may desire a customized menu that our culinary team would be happy to assist with.
Outside Food and Beverage - No food or beverages of any kind may be brought into or removed from OCC without prior approval.
Pricing - Prices quoted do not include 20% service charge or 5% Wisconsin sales tax unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice; guaranteed prices will be confirmed when contracted.
Conduct of Event - Client agrees to conduct the event in a manner that is appropriate for OCC and in full compliance with all applicable laws, codes, rules and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse to serve any person appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or unlawful substances and to request that such person leave OCC.
Event Timeline - All service times are based on two-hour breakfast or lunch service, or three-hour dinner service. Additional service time may be subject to additional labor fees.
Beverage Services - We offer a complete selection of beverages to compliment your function. Please note that alcoholic beverages and service are regulated by the Liquor Control Board, OCC, as licensee, is responsible for the administration of these regulations: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ALCOHOL SERVICE TO INTOXICATED OR UNDERAGE PERSONS. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CAN BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES.
Cancellations - Any event cancelled less than 72 hours (3 business days) prior to the event will incur 100% of the estimated charges.
Please note, for specialty menus or items a longer window of cancellation may be necessary, this is determined on an event basis.
Displays / Signs - All displays and signage must be approved by OCC.
Payment - An initial deposit in the amount noted on the catering contract is due payable at the specified date on the contract. Full payment of the balance due, based on the final guarantee, is payable prior to the event. Payment can be made in cash, certified check, members account or by an authorized credit card. For additions, a major credit card is required to guarantee payment of any replenishment or new orders.
Guarantees - A guaranteed number of attendees/quantities of food is required 72 hours (3 business days) prior to the event day.
If the guarantee is not received OCC reserves the right to charge for the number of persons/quantities specified on the event order.
Cancellations and reductions of guarantee are subject to full charges within 3 business days prior to event. Attendance higher than the guarantee will be charged the actual event attendance. OCC will be prepared to provide service staff, seats and meals for up to 5% higher than the guaranteed number.
Facility Fees
Facility Rental – North dining room $150
Charge may be waived if $1,000 in F&B revenue is reached
Facility Rental – Entire Clubhouse $500
Charge may be waived if $4,000 in F&B revenue is reached
Facility Rental – Opening operations on a scheduled closed day $150
Charge may be waived if $1,000 in F&B revenue is reached
Bartender Fee - $60 per bartender for 5 hours or less
Bartender fee will be waived if $300 in beverage revenue per bartender is achieved.
F&B revenue is defined as: actual food revenue and open bar revenue – does not include cash bar revenue, gratuity and taxes
