Answers to Most Often asked Questions
When does the club close for the year?
We close right after New Year's Eve.
When are dues billed?
Dues are billed at the end of December and should be paid before our reopening.
What is the 12 month installment plan?
If you want to go on the 12 monthly installment plan, inform the office before the first of the year. The first billing is December and continues through November.
Is the office open in winter?
Yes, the office keeps the same hours through the closed months as the open months.
Are reservations for lunch or dinner required?
They are not required, but are very strongly suggested.
If I have a billing problem with the golf shop charges, who do I talk to?
Contact the golf shop at 231-1078.
What if I have a billing problem not related to the golf shop charges, who do I talk to?
Call Rebecca in the main office at 231-1076.
